For Sex Dolls
We do not offer returns for sex dolls as these are customized and personalized items that cannot be resold once used for sanitary and safety reasons.
Damaged or defective products (both sex dolls and toys)
For sex dolls and toys that are defective, please email us within three days upon receiving the defective/faulty sex doll, with video and photos of the damage. We may send you a new doll or parts depending on the nature of the defects.
For shipping damage, please open a damage claim with the shipper (for Fedex call 1-800-GO-FEDEX, for UPS call 1-800-742-5877, for DHL call 1-800-CALL-DHL, and for USPS call 1-800-ASK-USPS) and open a damage claim. Please email us the photos of the damage, the shipping label, and the claim number. Once the shipper approves the damage claim, we will then send you a replacement doll.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order for sex dolls within the same day (preferably within two hours of the transaction) by emailing us at sftdolls@gmail.com, as orders are processed the next day. However, there will be a processing fee charged for canceling an order.
